We like to build positive relationships with our tenants. We have a goal of changing the view of the landlord/tenant relationship. We believe we are partners with our tenants in keeping properties livable so they make amazing homes. We hold ourselves and our tenants to a higher standard and it seems to work better for everyone involved!
